📦 Returns & Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds, under the following conditions:
✅ Exchange Eligibility
You can request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong item
- The product was damaged during delivery
- The product is defective or expired (for fragrances)
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind or personal dislike of scent/color
- Items damaged due to misuse or after use
- Hijabs that have been tried on or worn
- Perfumes that have been opened or used
🔁 Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order:

- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was on our end.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
- New items will be shipped once we receive the original product.
📌 Important Notes:
- Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
- We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet our policy standards.
